Can't download purchased track - Kool-Aid

Track has been purchased but link is dead?? The only track I could download it I REP THE WEST...please help. Email support link is also dead???

    that's right,boys. I bought a track, got an email with some order info and then tried to download my music. I face 404 (page not found) error.

    I got the track, contact Ground(Ctrl). This is the place that distrubutes the track. You have to get a user name and password first. The go to support. They will ask what the promblem is. I just let them know that would like to be able to download the track that I purchased. It took about a day, but they emailed me the track. Drink the Kool Aid is sick. Hopefully that this helps everyone.
