Working for Ice Cube/Lench Mob Records

I am a long time Ice Cube fan along with an overall music fan in general. Rap music has had the biggest and longest lasting impact on my life with topics ranging from political, environmental, community and worldwide struggles on all levels. I always wanted to work in the music business but not just for the sake of being around music or making money--I wanted to work with and for an artist/company that I truly respected, appreciated and wanted to help with continuing to be successful in the future. The only person/company that fits that description for me is Ice Cube/Lench Mob Records. So if anybody knows of a way to make this dream a reality please let me know.
