I don't know Chuck D but i totallu agree with him Rakim & KRS one are very good rappers.

Chuck D is the lead member of Public Enemy, one of the greatest hip hop groups of all time. Chuck D's voice is one of the most sampled voices ever along with Rakim and Cube. He is the one responsible for Cube's first solo album. You have to get Cube's Amerikkka's Most Wanted if you don't have it. Also, buy Public Enemy's first 4 albums. They are all classics. -
