MISSING IN ACTION: The Raiders are without star Josh Dugan who has an ankle injury. Half-back Sam Williams has been recalled, shifting Josh McCrone into Dugan’s No.6 jersey. Utility Shaun Berrigan hasn’t been named but is a chance to be a late inclusion as he recovers from a bicep injury. The Dragons are without four players on Origin duty – Brett Morris, Ben Creagh, Trent Merrin and Beau Scott – although one of those could be available if they drop out of the NSW squad. Veteran centre Matt Cooper returns from injury, while Josh Miller has been named on the bench to face his former club.

FORM: The head-to-head record between these two sides doesn’t make for pleasant reading for Dragons fans. The Raiders have won 12 of the last 13 clashes between the two sides and St George Illawarra haven’t won at Canberra Stadium since 2000. The Raiders have won just once in their last four games and are coming off a 40-18 trouncing at the hands of North Queensland last weekend. The Dragons’ form hasn’t been that much better but they do come into this one on the back of a win, edging out Gold Coast 8-6 to keep their finals hopes alive.
