THANK YOU ICE CUBE for "Are We There Yet?"!! I watched both episodes tonight, and found them wholesome and enjoyable. I appreciate the loving relationship displayed by Nick and Suzanne. I also like the fact that Nick is nice and patient as problems arise, accepts and loves Suzanne's kids, and that both characters are even-tempered. Your and Keesha's characters add just enough edge as contrasted against Nick and Suzanne, which keeps certain black stereotypes off of them as black parents and the focal point of the show--not that Keesha's character is stereotypical, but yours on the other hand (well, its debateable, but he's endearing, and his personality fits the show for what he's meant to do as a character, and there are enough other examples of black men with other personalities to balance him out--I'm not mad :)). I really enjoyed the dialogue between the characters about "A Different World". Thank you for bringing attention to this classic, and discussing the episodes and characters as it showed young people our excellence and high achievement in television and put HBCU's in a great light. We need more shows like this! Please keep this up Cube! I'm a fan of yours since the Straight Outta Compton/Eazy E days, and your evolution has been beautiful! God bless!

I have heard mixed reviews about the show. I think it could use some some better writers from what I've seen. But congrats to the Don Mega for a powerful business move we need this on blackmens resumes.
There is nothing to display yet, check back soon.
